Bible Awake walks you through the permissions each phone needs the first time you set an alarm, and re-checks them whenever you come back.

Choose a challenge for dismissing, snoozing, or both. The iPhone system Stop control can silence the alarm; when a challenge remains unresolved, Bible Awake may schedule no more than two follow-ups at two-minute intervals. Pick the puzzle, difficulty, and number of rounds.

Questions
Before you start
Does it work without a connection?
Yes. Verses, wallpapers and sounds are downloaded ahead of time and stored on your phone, so the alarm, the challenge and the Verse of the Day all work offline.
What if I don't want a challenge every morning?
Each alarm is configured on its own. Set it to open with the day's verse and a plain dismiss, and save the challenge for the mornings you need it — or use it only for snoozing.
Which languages does it speak?
English and Spanish, throughout — the app, the verses and this site.
How do I cancel?
Manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple determines free-trial eligibility.
